DASH Ultimate Green Smoothie

Ingredients:Dash Diet Ultimate Green Smoothie

1 medium banana
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup whole oats
3/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Blend milk, yogurt, and oats in blender for 15 seconds on high speed. Add mango, spinach, vanilla, and banana. Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 Serving

Nutritional Info: 350 calories, 2 g fat, 0 g saturated fat, 77 g carbs, 12 g protein, 9 g fiber , 300 mg sodium
